The San Diego County Centralized Eligibility List is available to parents that live in San Diego County. The San Diego County CEL is here to support those families in need of child care for children ages 0-13, or in special circumstances for children age 18 who have certain documented special needs such as, behavioral, physical or behavioral disability.
