Providers can sign up today to begin connecting with families across San Diego County

Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to join the platform:

Complete your program profile with photos and descriptions through the My Care Connect provider portal.

Once your profile is reviewed and accepted, you will sign a short agreement outlining participation in the platform.

Families will be able to discover your program, submit applications, and connect directly with you.
