The San Diego County Centralized Eligibility List is available to parents that live in San Diego County. The San Diego County CEL is here to support those families in need of child care for children ages 0-13, or in special circumstances for children age 18 who have certain documented special needs such as, behavioral, physical or behavioral disability. The San Diego County Centralized Eligibility List provides information about subsidized child care programs, including licensed center based programs, programs at centers that are exempt from licensing, family child care home networks and Alternative Payment (voucher style) programs in the following areas:
